our afternoon hike

Hey Boo,
You absolutely love hiking and you've been begging to go for a while now. So when Daddy got home from work this afternoon we went on a hike to the Chauga River. You walked in all by yourself! That's a long walk for such a little girl. Mommy & Daddy are so proud of you! You had a lot of fun playing on the sandbar and didn't want to leave when it was time to go. But you found some cute little pine cones to bring home as a "souvenir" from our "trip". Daddy carried you out because it was a long way back and there was a steep hill to climb. I'm so glad that you love hiking, it's a great family activity!!
